Amy's Delta Gamma Bridal Shower

Amy had her bridal shower last week for all of her Delta Gamma friends.  My Aunt Sally and cousin Ellie threw the shower and it was fabulous as always.  The food was so delicious.  We had such a fun time.

Don't you want to be a DeeGee too?

Caitlin's Wedding!

Caitlin's Bachelorette Party
I have mentioned this before but I have stayed friends with these girls since the 3rd grade.  We decided to relive all of our past times this night.  I thought it would be kind of boring when they brought it up to me but it was THE BEST BACHELORETTE PARTY EVER.  It just shows how I haven't really grown up... and I don't know if I ever will.

Sliding down the stairs on sleeping bags was awesome.  I am surprised none of us broke a bone.
I seriously love these 2 so much.  The sweetest, kindest girls in the world.  They would do ANYTHING for me.  I would do the same for them.

 The Big Day

Caitlin looked BEAUTIFUL.  I couldn't stop telling her that.  Her dress was so pretty!

You should have seen the ceremony.  I looked at Jeremy and he was crying.  Then I looked at Caitlin and she was crying walking down the aisle (which was more like through the gardens at Red Butte).  They are so in love and happy.  I think I cried through the whole ceremony.  It was such a beautiful afternoon for the ceremony.

We are the biggest dorks.  Haha.  This was hilarious.  Heidi actually ended up falling in the fountain and got pretty wet.  We were crying we were laughing so hard.

I love you Caitlin!  Thank you for such a wonderful wedding that I will NEVER forget!

St George with the Nielsons

We decided to do a last minute trip to St. George with our good friends, the Nielsons, because my sister Elizabeth and Alysha's brother Richard were going down and we wanted to go down with them.  It was such a fun trip.  We spent most of our time at the pool.  Elizabeth and Richard even watched the kids so we could go see a movie.

Ballroom Dancing

My parents love ballroom dancing.  They have been taking lessons for I don't even know how long.  Brian and I took a few lessons with them and I always thought it was so boring.
My parents found this new studio and they hired a few people to dance with the guests at Patrick's wedding last year.  It was such a blast and I have loved it ever since.

So the other night, my Mom hired Martin (an instructor at Ballroom Utah) to do a private lesson with us.
This was one of the BEST.NIGHTS.EVER.
We did the samba, chacha, rumba, and swing.  We even danced in circles, giving high fives, and traded off dance partners until we ended back up with our original partner.  Martin took turns dancing with each of us to show how to do a certain move.  He even danced with Brian several times :)  Brian said he wasn't afraid of a guy in dressy sweatpants, which is what he was wearing.  Let me just say that there isn't one person who didn't notice how revealing his butt was in those pants.  Haha.

a
My family came along with Cheri, Cody, Alysha, Tucker and their family.

Bob and Kelli were hilarious.           Very impressive Cheri!

Alysha and Tucker doing the lift that Martin taught us.  That is actually a funny story.  I put my arms around Brian's neck and he tried to swing me around and i just fell over.  Martin runs over waving his arms and says, "No No, that is not how you do that.  Let me show you?"  He then taught us how to do swing your partner around properly.  Martin wanted to show Brian how to do it right so he ordered Brian to swing him around.  It was hilarious.
The next picture is Alysha and her brother Richard.  They are REALLY close....  Haha :)

My family and Martin.  Actually, we are missing my brother and their wives.  They kind of slipped out before anyone knew they were gone.  Let's just say Martin doesn't shy away from the camera.
