Thanksgiving

I think every year there is more and more that I am thankful for and this year is no exception. This year hasn't been easy. We have has some hard times but it is only now that I can look back and be so thankful for them because it has made me realize how blessed we have become. I am so thankful for my family. Not only Brian and my sweet boys but ALL of my family. Not only my family, but Brian's family too. We are so lucky. I am thankful for much more but we will just keep it at that.

We started off the day with our traditional Thanksgiving activities. The boys played football and the girls played tennis. I didn't get any pictures but if I did, it would have just been me standing on the tennis court trying to run after the ball but failing miserably. It was fun but I was pretty much immoble.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with my family this year. We ate at the Salt Lake Country Club and the boys were SO good. I was not expecting that. The dinner was wonderful.

Brian and Sam

The boys and my Granddad. They LOVE him to death. If you have ever met him, you would understand why. He is so fun with the boys.

Alex and Lil (my bro and sis) with Sam and Danny.

Danny wanted to take pictures of everyone with my camera:
Patrick (brother)

my Granddad

Tim (my brother)

Elizabeth (sometimes you have to bend really low to get in the picture)

Thankful for:

Danny cheering me up the day Oliver died by tucking his pj's into his underpants after he went to the bathroom. What a funny boy.

My good friend, Kristin threw me a shower and we ate at Mimi's Cafe. She was so cute and decorated the table with so many cute things. I was so impressed! What a great friend.

Elementary school, middle school, high school friends and friends that I met when I first got married. When I have good friends, I don't let them go. Thanks girls!

Goodbye Oliver

Today my family dog, Oliver was put to sleep. I am sure nobody really cares about the dog that I grew up with but I love him so I have to pay him a little tribute. I got a text today from my sister saying that he has cancer and it had spread throughout his whole body and that the doctor wanted to put him to sleep. The rest of my family who still lives at home with him is on a trip to Disneyland right now and they really wanted to say goodbye to him but he was in so much pain that my sister just had him put to sleep. Since I am such an emotional mess during my pregnancy, I just sat on my couch and cried when my sister said that he had cancer. Sam was a little confused at why I was suddenly crying so he walked around pretending to cry also. It was pretty funny. So I took the kids to McDonalds because Brian is out of town again and I needed something to make the time go by faster. While the kids were playing, my sister sent me a text saying that he was put to sleep so I started crying again in McDonalds. Luckily a lot of the people there seemed a little crazy anyway so I didn't care. That was a little rude but true. Anyway, ever since we got Oliver, 10 years ago, I have grown to really appreciate and love dogs. Oliver was so sweet. My boys just loved him to death. Every time Sam walked into my parents house, he would yell out Oliver's name and chase him around the house. I know they will miss him. I love you Oliver and we will miss you!

We celebrated his birthday every year. People made fun of us but we loved it.

New Moon!!

It seems like I have been waiting for this movie to come out forever! We finally got to see New Moon. Not only that but we got tickets yesterday, the day before it came out! We got so lucky! It was so fun. Any chance I have to go out with the girls and see a movie, I get really excited. I must say that Taylor Lautner stole the show. He is a much better actor than everyone else in the movie, I think. Plus he looked great! I also loved Michael Sheen but that was no surprise. Anyway the movie was good and I can't wait till June to see Eclipse. It will be so good!

We got there a little early to make sure we got good seats. This is me, Patrick's girlfriend (who I love), Lil, and Whit (sisters).

Pictures with Edward and Jacob

My mom made the cutest little bags filled with treats and other fun stuff. She is awesome.

We ate yummy cakes afterwards.

My mom always makes things much more fun.

Hey, I am pregnant

That's right Edward and Jacob, we are all yours.

Halloween fun!

So blogging hasn't been at the top of my list of things to do so I apologize for the overload of pictures. We had a fun Halloween!

Delta Gamma Halloween party. A bunch of girls from my sorority planned a Halloween party. It was so much fun. I loved seeing these girls.

Our Annual Cannon Halloween party. This is Tim, my brother, with Sam.

Lil (my sis) and her boyfriend, Randy

Bobby (my bro) was dressed up as Micheal Phelps. It was awesome. He is with Kelli (wife) and her dad.

A little treat for all the ladies.

My cousin Thomas, aunt Cathy, cousin Sarah, and uncle Tom.

Wow. I am so jealous of all of my brother's bodies. Especially now that I am huge and pregnant.

Whitney (my sis) is the future wife of my brother, Alex (Jake is dressed up as him). Alex is going on a mission to Baton Rouge and Whitney is suppose to be the girl he meets there and ends up marrying. Whitney is pregnant but on her stomach it says "not Alex's". It was so funny.

Brian and I are dressed up as the girl and boy from Juno. Danny is a monkey and Sam is a shark.

I just had to put in this cute picture of the boys hiding in the pantry.

This is Sam and Fischer at our mom and me Halloween party. Cute boys.

The boys got so excited when it started snowing. They played in the snow all day. Sam loved getting all bundled up.

The boys picked out pumpkins at Brian's Grandpa Don's house. He grew them and was so proud.

Danny and I carving pumpkins.

Brian and Sam with all the pumpkins. We love going to Brian's parents house every year to carve pumpkins.

Danny had a parade at his preschool for Halloween.

Sam wanted to sit down with all of the kids in Danny's class. It was cute.

Danny and his cute teacher. That is Sam's arm in the picture. I love this picture.

Danny and his cousin, Sophie. She came to the parade and loved it.

My friends, Kristin and Sariah came over for a Halloween dinner.

Trick or Treating!

Sam was so excited about the Spongebob candy he got.

Danny wanted to ride his bike trick or treating. Every time someone would open the door, he would yell, "Happy Halloween!" He loved answering the door for trick or treaters. He would say thank you to them for coming. Halloween with kids is so much fun!
