So sweet

I love this picture of Sam sleeping

What I love about Danny

One of the things that Danny loves to do is sweep the floor. The other day the floor was a big mess but Sam was very fussy so I didn't get a chance to clean it. While I was feeding Sam, I asked Danny if he would sweep for me (thinking that he wouldn't really do it) but about 20 minutes later I went to check on him and he had swept all of the floor ( the best he could). He is such a good helper and a little sweetheart!

Happy Birthday Sophie!

Here are some pictures from my neice, Sophie's 1st Birthday. She is so adorable.

I love the second picture because she is eating ice cream with her hands and I think it is colder than she expected.

Here is cute little Sam enjoying the party.

More of baby Sam...

His hair has some red in it. I wonder if it will last.

This is a video I took of Sam. Danny and Brian are playing in the blackground.

So Tiny!

This was taken the day we brought Sam home. I forgot how tiny newborns really are!

Samuel Cannon Ross

On Februaury 6th, Samuel Cannon Ross was born. Everything went perfectly and he is such a sweet little angel. You couldn't ask for a better baby. He was 6 lbs. 9 oz and 20 inches long. We love him so much!

Big Brother
Danny likes his new baby brother Sam but was more interested in the juice and cookies that he got when he came to visit me. He was cute when he gave Sam kisses though.

Baby update

I had another doctor's appointment today and he said that my cervix is dialated to a 2 (it was at a 1 last week so there is progress) and I am 80%-90% effaced. I was hoping to be at an 8 but sadly I wasn't. My doctor said that if I don't have the baby by next Monday then we will set a date next week for me to be induced or for a c-section. He wasnt me to be dialated a little bit more to be induced and since I had a c-section with Danny, that would make more sense but I really don't want one. So my doctor said that he would induce me if I wanted, that just increases the risk of a c-section and that would be hard to go through all of that labor and then have a c-section. So hopefully I will go into labor on my own before then but I have no idea. We will just have to wait and see.

Snow Day!

Yesterday we woke up to a ton of snow and it didn't stop until last night. It was so bad that church even got cancelled! I have to admit I was pretty excited because sitting through church when I am this pregnant is very uncomfortable.

Good thing we didn't need to go anywhere that day. Brian's car is the one parked out back. He had to crawl in through the window to get in the car.

These pictures were taken at 10:30 in the morning, so right in the middle of the storm. It snowed much more.
