Feeling Much Better

Sarah has been the last one to get over being sick around here. On Monday night, she was just miserable and finally at 2 a.m. I put her in her swing and she fell asleep at 2:30 a.m. I was so tired, I just passed out on my bed. She woke up 2 hours later and was wide awake. Long story short, she maybe slept 4 hours that night.
I took her into the doctor the next day for her 2 month appointment (no, I haven't gone completely crazy from all of the doctor visits yet) and her RSV was gone but she had an ear infection. Poor thing.
Ever since she has been on her antibiotics, she has been so happy. She doesn't cry when I lay her down and she has smiled a few times. Needless to say, I have been much happier. She was in the 95% for weight. I wasn't surprised.

Sarah's First Day At Church
I wanted to get a picture of all of the kids before we went to church on Sunday. Brian was out of town and I needed to be there for my church calling so we were a little late but we made it.
Before I had any kids, I was shopping at the Secret Garden and I saw this cute red dress. She is in kind of a weird position but it is just adorable. I decided to buy it for when I had a girl. I was so excited to put her in it.

If I have to go to the doctor one more time...

...I will go crazy.
We just got back from our 5th doctor's appointment this week.
It was confirmed today that poor Sarah has RSV. She got it from the boys but since they are older, they can deal with it much better.
Over the past 2 weeks we have seen the doctor 8 times between all of us.
It has been quite miserable.
I am on my second kidney infection (they can't give me very strong antibiotics because I am nursing),
Sam and Danny both had their viruses and
Sam has an ear infection and
Sarah has RSV.
Brian has been traveling and with all of this going on, I just take it out on him. I feel bad but at the same time I get frustrated while he is gone.
Oh well, it could be much worse so I will stop complaining.
We have to put Sarah on a nebulizer a few times a day to help her lungs. Danny freaks out the whole time because he thinks it hurts her.
Speaking of Danny, I have had to rely on him to help me a lot and he does every thing I ask. He is such a sweetheart.
Sam has been being a little naughty to get my attention. Poor guy.
Hopefully this will be over soon.
When I told my cousin, Abby that Sarah was having a hard time breathing, she asked if it was because she was so fat. I laughed really hard. She is so cute and chubby.

And on top of all that, I have decided to start counting calories for the first time in my life and I have cut out desserts and candy. I feel empty. I am so use to eating sweets all day. They make me so incredibly happy. Dang you, sweet tooth.

So in LOVE

Here are some more pictures that Jennie took of Sarah when she was 11 days old. I just love how sweet Sarah is and I love that Jennie is so amazing at capturing that in her photos. Thank you Jennie. I appreciate these so much more than you know. Enjoy!

I love you Brian

I also love my boys

Happy Birthday Sam!!

Sam turned 2 on Feb. 6 and it was such a great day. I just feel bad for him because he doesn't get the attention that Danny had. Now that we have a girl, he gets even less attention. He is just a little sweetheart and I love him so much. I was so happy to spend a day spoiling him. He isn't use to it and he loved it.

Danny helped us pick out all of Sam's presents and he was so excited to open them. I told Sam to smile and Danny thought that if he smiled really big, I would let him open the biggest present.

Yes Sam you can look at it because it is YOURS.

I just love this picture. Everyone is just staring at Sarah and smiling. Ok everyone, let's remember who the party is for.

And of course the guys have to wrestle. Whenever Danny hits, I blame it on them.

I just have to stick some more pictures of Sarah that I took the other day. I need to do some editing but I will do it later.

THE BOYS CAMPOUT
Brian told the boys that on Friday night they could have a campout. Danny was so excited. They bought treats at the store and built a fort downstairs. While laying in the fort, they watched the Micheal Jackson movie, This Is It. Ever since then, Danny has been OBSESSED with MJ. He loves the song, Smooth Criminal. They had lots of fun.

Whenever Sarah cries, Danny runs over to her and rubs her belly and tells her it is ok. He loves her.

Here are Danny and Sam dancing this morning. If you watch closely, Danny starts to do a Micheal Jackson dance move where he is tipping his hat. But I had to go and interrupt him by asking him to do another dance move.

Life with our little Princess

The boys love to just touch her. They are very cute with her.

Danny asked me if he could put her in his preschool bad and take her for show and tell. I decided it might be a better idea if he just took a picture of her.

This picture makes me laugh. Sam saw that Sarah had on some mittens, so he decided to put his on too.

I just love her. Brian keeps commenting on how happy I am. Ever since she came into our home, it just seems like life is so much sweeter. I love having a girl. She is such an angel. I must say that I am so happy I had my 2 boys first.

Ok this made me cry. We had to put her under these lights for a few days because of her jaundice. The only time we could take her out was if I fed her or changed her diaper. I had to put these goggles on when she was looking around, it made me so sad. Surprisingly, she did very well and it wasn't too hard.

Go Utes!

Enough pictures already!

We decided to get a picture of Danny, Sam, and Sarah with their cousins.

Kind of an akward picture (for Sarah). I wasn't quite ready for her to be sitting on their laps. I can't believe we have 3!
